Differential screening of cognitive disturbances in dementia of late life - дифференцированный скрининг когнитивных нарушений

Цель исследования - изучить влияние тревоги и других некогнитивных психических расстройств на познавательные функции при деменциях разного типа. В исследование были включены 29 стационарных пациентов. В  качестве психометрических инструментов использовались  MMSE  и  ШОТС. Полученные данные подтвердили возможность дифференцированной психометрической оценки когнитивных нарушений при деменциях позднего возраста и практическую пользу применения  ШОТС.

This study was conducted with the aim to explore an influence of anxiety and other non-cognitive behavioral disturbances on the cognitive functions in patients with dementia of different types. In the group were included 29 in-patients. As psychometric instruments were used MMSE and The Assessment Scale of Anxiety States in Old Patients with Dementia (ASAD) [Smirnov O.R., 2017]. The obtained data had shown the possibility of the differential psychometric assessment of the cognitive functions in the demented patients and practice usefulness of ASAD.
